STRUCTURE ::
The whole structure of this organization comprises of the following;
Brief descriptions to all these members are given below;
- GENERAL MEMBER :
General assembly will be held yearly in the active participation of 51% of the members. All the members will be pre-informed about the date, venue and agendas of the assembly one month prior. General assembly will be deciding on the annual report prepared by the working committee, discussing and finalising the financial matters and also directing the working committee in various matters.
Special general assembly :
Special general assembly can be held if the working committee feels the need within 3 months, only if 51% of the members submit their written requests. This assembly only discusses the written proposals and other subjects will not be considered. Decisions will be made according to the rules and regulations of the organization.
- EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE :
General assembly will select the executive committee by conducting a secret vote amongst the pre-existing members, as there will be 10 members in the committee. Elected members of this committee will conduct an election for president, vice-president, general secretary, secretary and treasurer among themselves. The remainding five members will comprise the other members of the committee. The overall authority of the centre will be in the hands of working committee. This committee will determine the objectives, policies and programs of the organization. It also conducts annual meetings by determining the working procedures, approves the annual income and expenditure, and determines the process of election, selection of the members and management authorities. It has full authority to form a sub-committee if required.
- PRESIDENT :
The President is the head of an organization and is chosen by the secret voting system. President of the working committee will be the president of the general assembly as well. He enjoys the power provided by the general assembly and working committee. He should provide active leadership to the organization extending the leadership to meet the organizational goal. He is responsible for giving directions to the staff member for the overall management of the day-to-day activities and taking necessary decisions.
- VICE-PRESIDENT :
The Vice President performs the work of president in his absence. He carries out the decisions fixed by the general assembly and working committee. He is also responsible for the achievement of the organization.
- GENERAL SECRETARY :
The General Secretary administers and manages the programs and the performance of the centre. He manages the method for the meeting of working committee and general assembly. He is responsible to inform the members about the decisions of the meeting.
- SECRETARY :
The main job of the Secretary is to help in general secretary’s work. He performs all the work of general secretary in his absence.
- TREASURER :
The main function of the Treasurer is to supervise and control the economic transaction of the centre. He has to present the annual income, expenses, and budget to the committee and pass it. He also performs other activities in the centre.
- ADVISORS :
Executive committee appoints the advisors for the legal purposes. The advisors are meant to provide necessary information and suggestion regarding the legal matters that may arise at any time inside the centre.
- MEMBER STAFF :
Members and staff are the main block of the organization. These are the those who participate actively in the various activities conducted by the organization. Without them none of the activities can be completed. They are meant to participate actively in each and every function of the organization as well as manage and control the activities of the organization.
