MEMBERSHIP ::
It is obvious that without the members an organization cannot conduct its day to day activities as they are the main pillar of the institution. So there will be three types of members in this organization namely;
- Honorable member
- General member
- Life time member
A. HONORABLE MEMBER :
The honorable membership of the organization can be provided to renowned persons or any individuals who have contributed towards the environmental sectors of Nepal. The right for voting is not provided for this kind of member and the fee to be this type of member is NRs.1000 (life long).
B. GENERAL MEMBER :
Any Nepalese citizen above 16 and is highly interested in providing the service and are aware of environmental conservation can become a general member of this organization. Such members should do his/her service in accordance to organization’s plan and policy. The membership fee for this type of member is NRs.60 per month.
C. LIFE TIME MEMBER :
Any individual having the qualification suitable for general membership and has given application for the membership, paying prescribed fee can get life long membership. The membership fee will be NRs.1000.
NOTE: Membership will be fixed by the working committee of this institution and every member should pay NRs.60 per month. The deadline to renew the membership card is up to 30th Chaitra. The members can renew their membership from 30th chaitra to last of ashad by paying 10%extra charge. If they don’t renew till this extra time, their membership will automatically dismissed.
PROCEDURE OF BEING A MEMBER :
- Any interested individuals, organizations or association who want to be members and have the prescribed qualifications should submit the application to the working committee.
- All the applications submitted for membership will be presented to the working committee and this committee has the full authority whether to decide for or against membership.
- Applicants are informed if they are endorsed or not. Accepted applicants must pay the membership fee within one month to get the membership certificate.
- Unaccepted applicants are informed by the working committee mentioning the reasons behind their rejection.
- All the members of this organization have to follow the existing rules & regulations, working procedure and amendments,
DISMISSAL OF THE MEMBERSHIP :
- If any member resigns and this is accepted by the working committee.
- If any member is unable to renew his/her membership within the given period of time.
- If any member performs any deeds against the objective of the organization knowingly or unknowingly.
- In case of dissolution of the centre.
- Death of any member.
- Winding up of the group and center.
REINSTATED OF MEMBERSHIP :
- Any member, whose membership is scrapped due to his /her resignation, can apply again considering the organization procedure.
- Any member whose membership is scrapped due to inability of the member to renew his membership on time can be renewed by paying an extra annual charge.
